GENERAL QUERIES
Yes, COD is available for orders under INR 2000 in all serviceable pin codes. All COD orders are subject to an additional charge of INR 100.
We ship all orders within 24 hours. All orders are delivered within 2-5 working days. Deliveries to a few pin codes take longer than usual due to serviceability issues.

We do not charge any shipping fees for orders above INR 1499.
For orders under INR 1499, we charge a minimal shipping fees of INR 50.
At the moment, we do not deliver outside India. However, you can shop from anywhere in the world as long as the delivery address is in India.

CANCELLATION/RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND
An order can only be cancelled if we have not shipped it from our warehouse.

Yes, we offer 7-day hassle-free returns and exchanges for most products. The following products are not eligible for return/exchange:

- Items listed on a discount

Orders are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please allow 2-4 working days for the reverse pickup and 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. No refund/store credit will be issued if our quality assurance team spots any signs of wear and tear or washing. For exchange requests, a new item will not be sent until the returned item has cleared quality checks at our warehouse.

Yes, we charge a fees of INR 100 per return/exchange request. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
FOR PREPAID ORDERS: : Refunds for all prepaid orders will be processed to the original mode of payment after deducting the reverse shipment fees of INR 100 per return request. Refunds will be processed once the returned items clear quality checks by our team. Please allow 5-7 days from the date of reverse pick up for us to process refunds. Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
REFUNDS FOR COD ORDERS: Please note that COD Orders are not eligible for cash refund. Refunds for all COD orders will be given in the form of store credit after deducting the reverse shipment fees of INR 100 per return request. Store credit will be processed once the returned items clear quality checks by our team. The store credit will not have any expiry date and can be used to purchase any item. Details of the store credit will be shared on the customer’s email and phone number associated with the order. Items purchased using store credit are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We strive to deliver the best quality products to all our customers. Please share clear photos and videos of the damaged product. Failure to do so within the mentioned timeline will deem the order ineligible for refund/exchange.

It takes 5-7 working days for us to receive the returned items. Our team them conducts a quality check to ensure all items are unused and unwashed. You will be notified about your refund within 72 hours of us receiving the item.
